Exhale Health Club & Pool

Health & Fitness

Exhale Gym & Spa is one of the trendiest gyms in Dubai. The facility is fully equipped with state of the art LIFE FITNESS® Cardio Vascular Equipment along with LCD monitor and touch screen technology, powerful iPod Video capability and USB connectivity & charging with virtual trainer. The gym features a Strength Zone, a Core Zone, Cardio Zone and a Free Weight Zone.

For cardio, Exhale has a full collection of stationary bikes, treadmills, cross trainers and a rowing machines. The Strength Zone offers a broad range of equipment including a chest press, shoulder press, optima series row, pull-up and dip bars, leg press, leg curl and leg extension machines.  For abs and back work outs, the Core Zone includes an abs bench, a back extension machines and a Smith Machine and a Fit Series Adjustable Bench. The free weight sections and Stretch Zone has a series of dumbbell sets weighting up to 50lbs each and floor mats. It offers separated changing areas for ladies and gents, each has its own Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and tranquil rooms offering a selection of therapies and massages.

Wellness

The spa services incorporate a combination of fitness training and wellness management as well as a range of therapeutic massages to suit all needs. A variety of membership options and treatments are available for hotel and outside guests.

Swimming Pool

Located on the rooftop, the hotel offers a large temperature-controlled swimming pool which overlooks the Dubai Skyline and the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. Sit back, relax and unwind under the glorious Dubai sun, and treat yourself to a selection of light snacks and refreshing cocktails.

Beauty Salon

Located at the Mezzanine floor; offering a full range of Beauty, Hair and Nail services for ladies and gents.
